This skills bootcamp will equip delegates with the skills required to start a career as a Controller of Site Safety. This skills bootcamp aims to train delegates on correctly determining their responsibilities and duties when acting as a Skilled Track Operative. By the end of this course delegate’s will be able to demonstrate their ability to safely operate in the role of a Skilled Track Operative.

PTS E-Learning & PTS Preparation (3 CLH & 6 ELH / 1 Day) – Face to Face Classroom and Remote Delivery
Small Plant / Theory Practical (30 GLH / 5 Days) - Face to Face blended delivery of classroom theory and practical elements.
Emergency First Aid (6 GLH / 1 Day) – Face to Face Classroom Delivery.
PTS Initial (6 GLH / 1 Day) - Face to Face blended delivery of classroom theory and practical elements.
DCCR Initial (6 GLH / 1 Day) - Face to Face blended delivery of classroom theory and practical elements.
Track Induction (30 GLH / 5 Days) - Face to Face blended delivery of classroom theory and practical elements.
Track Maintenance, Track Geometry, Track Patrolling and Track Renewals (18 GLH / 3 Days) - Face to Face blended delivery of classroom theory and practical elements.
OLEC 1 (3 GLH / 0.5 Days) - Face to Face blended delivery of classroom theory and practical elements.
Next Steps / Employer Interviews (3 GLH / 0.5 Days) – Face to Face Classroom Delivery.
